If you experience problems with batching, weighing, packing or controlling an industrial process, you've found the right place. We are young and dynamic company. Since 1993, we have been a specialist in design and manufacture of automatic weighing and packing equipment for a variety of packagings heavier than 2 kg. Based on our experience, we can carry out comprehensive tasks of selection, assembly and start up of automatic control systems for controlling industrial processes. Rugged construction of our products makes our customers satisfied, which is our first and foremost objective.

Series of gross weight scales
WB/x-50 weighing packers are machines intended for weighing and packing. They utilise the gross weighing principle, so a product being weight is directly fed into a bag. Gross weight weighing packers have a compact construction, are relatively low, which allows for their easy embedding and installation even on a single rack.
Weighing packers feature a batch counter and an option to connect a printer to print out reports.
Series of net weight scales
WN/x-50 weighing packers are machines intended for weighing and packing. They utilise the net weighing principle, so a product is fed first into a container where is weighted and next is packed into a bag. This way of packing gives higher efficiency then gross weighting packers offer. Moreover weighting process is much better protected against external contaminations.
Net weight weighting packers are assembled on the weighting and packing lines with different types of sets and different level of automatic control.
Weighting and packing line
In 2000 we launched to the market automatic and semiautomatic weighting and packing lines equipped with both gross and net scales. The most popular set of automatic line consists of the following elements: scale (net or gross type), vacuum machine for air suction out of product, set for bag top forming, installation for automatic bag setting up on the scale, bag conveyor, carriage for bag top sealing up, set for cleaning bag top before welding, welding machine, set for bag top cutting before sewing, sewing machine.

Automatic control systems for industry
We implement an idea of industrial process control and management based on specialist PLC drivers. Usually an operator communicate with a process through text or graphic control desk. If the process is more advanced communication is through PC equipped with a software for industrial processes visualisation.
