LOCALISATION:
The hotel is located in the city centre, just minutes away from The City Hall and The Community Hall, groceries and other shops and banks with 24h open ATMs (bancomats).
ROOMS:
Our hotel offers accommodation for 50 persons (with the possibility of increasing places for night accommodation).
We offer double, triple and four-people rooms equipped with bathrooms with showers or bathtub and TV.
We are registered in The Dolnośląskie Province Office in Wrocław and we are rated with 1 star.
Room prices per night are as follows:
- double room – from 40,00 PLN up to 140,00 PLN
- triple room – from 50,00 PLN up to 110,00 PLN
- four-person room – from 60,00 PLN up to 130,00 PLN
- double apartment – 260,00 PLN
- long staying in multi-person rooms (3-5 persons) – 15 PLN per night
RESTAURANT:
As far as full board is concerned we offer good, traditional Polish cuisine. The full board cost including breakfast, dinner or lunch and dinner starts from 32,00 PLN per person.
- Breakfast – 10,00 PLN
- Lunch – 12,00 PLN
- Dinner – 10,00 PLN
If the menu is planned in advance for the whole period of staying the cost of full board will start from 22,00 PLN per day.
Nearby the hotel is a car park for 8 cars, and all city infrastructure including city car parks both for passenger cars and trucks.
We can offer help in looking for car parks places. There is a possibility of renting parking place for transport or building devices.
There is also a possibility of telephone or internet facilities connection for selected rooms. We also offer possibility of 24-hours fax and e-mail transmissions from the hotel. There is a tourist kitchen at our guest disposal.
The hotel offers restaurant for 60 persons and two banquet and conference rooms for 50 and 25 persons.
There is a lot of companies manufacturing furniture, PVC pipes and wooden goods located in the Syców region.
