The Karton-Pak company was established in 1989 by Zbigniew Pieczonka. KARTON-PAK is the producer of corrugated cardboard packaging made of 3-ply, 5-ply and wave perforation rule and solid board.
We produce standard packaging, cut or others packaging of any type of the board. We also offer prints in any number of colours. We use both flexographic and offset method. We design the packaging according to our customer’s requests. Our average monthly production of the cardboard is c.a 300 thousand m2.

TECHNOLOGY:

Flap boxes are produced on printer slotter, we offer glued or stitched types:
• die-cut boxes are produces with using of die-cutter machines (made in our factory)
• print: for the corrugated cardboard with flexographic method print: for solid board, coated packaging – offset method
• Coated packaging is a technology combining advantages of offset print and durability of corrugated cardboard – flute type E, B, C, BC, BE

The coating is possible for 2-3-5-ply.
